The 37th annual Foot Locker West Regional is Dec. 5 at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut.

The girls 5-kilometer seeded race is at 9:50 a.m. and the boys 5-kilometer seeded race is at 10:30 a.m.

The top 10 finishers in the seeded races advance to the Foot Locker Nationals, Dec. 12 at Balboa Park in San Diego.
