12 After the 2-mile mark on the back side of Reservoir Hill, Alicia Craig pulled away and Anita Siraki did not respond, leaving Craig to win as she pleased in 17:36. Siraki 17:51 may have chosen to await Orlando for the all-out effort, but she said she did not feel as strong today as she did when she broke the course record (16:38 for 2.98 miles) in the Mt. SAC Invitational in October.
